Wow, what an very nice city trip I had! the location of the hotel was perfect. It was right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore all the major attractions on foot. Plus, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the rooms were clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the comfortable bed that gave me a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. And lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It definitely provided a perfect start to my days in the city.

Dislikes and Worst Aspects:

The staff was amazing, highly skilled and had great customer service. They even made a reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant. The room was lovely with comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom, and all the necessary amenities like tea and coffee facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Christmas at this hotel was disappointing. The room was not decorated for Christmas, and there was no festive atmosphere. The breakfast lacked holiday specialties, a letdown. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. there was no special holiday event or activity offered at the hotel.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city centre.
